Baby photography in Notting Hill

I went by train and tube this morning to Notting Hill in West London to meet Emma and her family for our baby photography session. We had a great time taking pictures at home and also out and about at the park. I am thrilled with the images and struggled to only choose a few for the blog. Here are some favorites, I hope you enjoy them.

Newborn photography in London

I love photographing newborns, they are just so tiny and beautiful (and noisy sometimes!). There is something so wonderous about the first couple of weeks and so I was delighted to be contacted by Sarah to arrange a time to visit and photograph baby Amy.

Amy was an absolute delight to photograph, either sleeping peacefully or just hanging out with mum and dad with a smile on her face. I hadn't realised that babies that little could smile but you can definitely see a little grin in the pictures.

Family photography in Cambridge

It is always a particular treat to have a shoot that is close to home, even better when I can walk to work and so I was very excited to book in Tamir's family photography, only five minutes down the road.

Baby Photography in London

I first met Gemma and Suranga a couple of years ago now when I photographed their wedding in Cambridge. I was so excited when Gemma emailed to say that they would be in the Uk for a couple of days and would I be available to meet them for some baby photography in London. Of course, I jumped at the chance to catch up, meet their baby, and take some pictures. We met at their hotel and then headed out to the park. Baby photography in Beckenham

It really is all about the babies for me at the moment. I think it is that time of year - the weather is improving but the older children are still at school - crazy to think it is only a few weeks until the summer holidays!

I had a lovely time photographing Louise and her baby in Beckenham. Louise is another photographer and it is always great fun photographing other photographers children, I can chat photography until the cows come home!
