Newborn and child portrait photography in Parsons Green, West London

The best thing about my job as a London-based newborn baby, children's and family photographer is getting to know my clients over a number of years. I was thrilled to visit Agnes to take some newborn portraits of little Ottilie and update the pictures of her beautiful daughter Maia. This is was my fifth visit to the family!

We had a wonderful time in Agnes and Oli's amazing Parsons Green home in Hammersmith and Fulham, taking photographs of the children (and I admit more than a minute was spent admiring the building work and the lovely new features that they have added since my last visit - as I am house hunting myself at the moment, I certainly had kitchen envy!).

The girls were a true pleasure to photograph; little Ottilie is such a lovely baby and Maia is always such great fun. I'm already looking forward to our autumn shoot.

Fine art family portrait photography in Guildford, Surrey

While I love photographing families in the London, it is always nice to get out into the country and so I always look forward to my regular shoots with Henrietta and her family. I have been photographing them since Poppy was just a bump and every shoot has been a delight.

We spent a wonderful morning in Guildford, Surrey playing in the woods and then going for a second short walk near home. Only Henrietta (an amazing classically-trained singer and now a brilliant singing teacher) will break into songs from Mary Poppins whilst out walking, and the inpromptu family dance version of Chim Chiminee Chim Chiminee Chim Chim Charoo will definitely be a highlight of my year. Hilarious!

Newborn baby and family portrait photography

One of my favorite things as a children's, baby and family photographer is photographing expanding families. I have known Susie and Stuart for a while now as I photographed their wedding back in the days when I used to photograph weddings.

I photographed Isabel when she was newborn and again a couple of times since then, so I was thrilled to be invited back to take some new photographs for them and meet baby Charlie for his newborn photography session.

We had a great time playing outdoors - and meeting the horse - before coming in and having some indoor time with the children. I am thrilled with the pictures and I hope you will enjoy this set of newborn baby and family portrait photographs as much as I do.

Family and newborn baby portrait photography in Kensington & Holland Park, London

I was thrilled to be asked by Megumi to visit her family in their beautiful Kensington home to take some photographs of her newborn baby and her two older children, as well as some family portrait photographs.

We started indoors before heading to Holland Park for some relaxed outdoor family and children's portrait photographs. It was great fun and we had truly magical light. We had a great time playing in the tress and grassy area, and also having a bit of time at the playground.

When the older children got a bit tired, we headed home for some more photographs of Megumi's newborn baby who had been snoozing for much of our time at the park. He was a real dream to photograph and I am thrilled with this set of newborn baby, children and family photographs from Kensington and Holland Park, London SW7 and W11. I hope you enjoy them...

Family photography in Holland Park

I love photographing children and families throughout London, and Holland Park in W11 is one of my favorite places - it's such a wonderful park with so many different things to do.

I was thrilled to see Genevieve for some family shots. We went out and explored the new nature reserve in Holland Park, taking some pictures as the children ran around and played hide and seek, before heading out onto the grass for a game of football. I love photographing the children doing the things they enjoy and it always results in lovely relaxed images that really show the children's characters as they interact with each other and their parents.
