Teriffic times with the twins

Posted in Kids at 16:30 on 29/06/2007

I had a lovely time photographing the twins recently. They were both such wonderful little characters, in many ways similar but in others so different. We had a great time taking pictures in the park and here are a few of my favorites

The park and the pets - fun in the sun

Posted in Kids at 15:50 on 25/06/2007

What a great shoot this was - off to the park to play football, climb trees chill out in the sun then back home to meet the family pets - including Smokie, possibly the most photogenic cat I have ever met.

Fleur and Gareth

Posted in Maternity at 10:18 on 23/06/2007

I first met Fleur and Gareth before Christmas for Fleur's maternity shoot and so it was with great pleasure that I returned to their home recently to meet the new arrival. It is always so exciting to meet the babies when I have documented the excitement and anticipation before the birth. Oliver is a fantastic baby, really smiley and with tons of personality for such a little person. It was especially lovely doing this shoot as Gareth's parents were over from abroad and we had a chance to get some pictures with them as well - something I am sure that Oliver will treasure when he gets older.

Here are some of my favorites - I added in a couple of maternity pictures as well.

Beth and Raj's engagement portrait

Posted in Adults at 10:52 on 22/06/2007

Tom and I are shooting Beth and Raj's wedding in Northumberland this September and it is promising to be a truly amazing day. As both Beth and Raj were students at Cambridge it seemed a good place to do the shoot. We started off at Beth's old college and then went on a tour of town including many of my favorite shooting spots. Luckily as it was early evening the playground wasn't too busy and so I was able to indulge in my favorite passtime of climbing things while taking photographs.

Here are a few of my favorites from the shoot

Posted in Weddings at 18:54 on 18/06/2007

I had a wondeful time on 9th working with my partner Tom to photograph Katie and Stewart's wedding. Katie and Stewart were married at Hauxton Church in Cambridge and then had a reception at Sheene Mill. It was a wonderful day and a real honor to get to spend it with such a happy couple. Here are some of my favorites from the day, there are more on Tom's site www.catchesides.co.uk

I hope you enjoy them
