As readers of this blog will know, I love photographing children – along with the accompanying chaos, the madness and the games; I love it all. It is, however, a nice change to photograph an adult. With conversations about the best restaurants in Crouch End rather than the relative merits of Numberjacks or In the Night Garden, adults are great fun to photograph too.
I had a wonderful time with Nick recently, taking some headshot portrait photographs. We explored nearby Alexandra Palace park looking for the best light and backgrounds. Even though I know the park very well as a location for my regular running, I love how the park is still an exciting adventure each time I visit for photography sessions. I’m always finding new spots, great angles and interesting backdrops and, of course, using natural light for all my photography I’m at the whim of the sun and the clouds for my angles, a challenge that I always enjoy.
Nick was an absolute pleasure to photograph and we had a brilliant time during our photo shoot. I’m really thrilled with the pictures and here are a few of my favourites from our headshot photo shoot in Crouch End.
I hope you enjoy looking at this selection and if you would like to arrange a headshot portrait session in Crouch End or elsewhere in London, please visit our headshot portrait photography page for more information, or do contact us – we would love to hear from you.
